BE IT RE[OLVED BY THE CIT~/ COUNCIL OF -~qE CI-~/ 0F SA~7TA ANA, AS FOLLO%TS: V~{EREAS~ by Resolution No. ~t85 of the City Council of thc City of Santa Aha, dated the 5th day of October, 1938, and by Resolution ~o. ~ 514 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, dated the 15th day of ~..~arch, 1937~ pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of. 0rdinauce ~To. 1050 of the City of Ss_nra Ana~ entitled "An Ordinance Reg~lating the Use of Public L~igh~?ays Within said City", adopted April G, 1938~ the City Council did declare that the following curb along the public higt~ways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maxir~um time limit for parking shall be tv~enty (20) minutes, as pro~ided in Subdivision of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1050, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described, ~n the follo¥~ing curb, to-wi~ ~,~AIN S~ET On the East side betv~een Fourth and ~ird Streets~ located as follows.' The Southerly ~ feet of the Northerly 90 feet~ and the Southerly ~0 feet of the Northerly 5G feet. ~ND~ it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and eliminate certain tv;enty r~nute parking zones as above described. N0?;, T}IEREFORE~ be it resolved that the foregoing tu~ty minute park- lng zones are hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curbs to be removed or covered. BE IT FURTLrER RESOLVED that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1050, the following curb along the !~blic highways Lu the City of Santa ;~a shall be painted Red, as provided in Subdivision "E" of Section 9 of said Ordinance Ho. 1030~ and the City Engine,~r is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described on the following curbs, to-wit: ~L~IN S TKEE T On t~he East side between Fourth and Third Streets, located as foll~.s: The Northerly ll8 feet. BE IT FURTH,~q R~0L~ED that pursuant to said 0r¢!inance Mo. 1030, the follov~iug curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Green, and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicatiug that the mso[imum time limit for parking shall be t~-~enty (20) minutes as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said 0rdfnance No. 1030~ and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted as above described on the feller; Lug curbs, to-wit: I,{AIM On the East side betv~'<~,~n Eourth and Third Streets~ located as foiler;s: The Southerly 5G feet of the Northerly 152 feet.
