RES~UTIOE N0o 2V30 RESOLUTIONS COITCERI,UiI.~G PAP, KING LI~,UITATIONS U~DER ORDINANCE N0. 1030 BE IT RESOIMFD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY~ OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of Califoruia, smd pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1050 of the City of Santa ~ma, entitled "An Ordinance of tho City of Santa Aha Regulating the use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 8, 1930, the City Council does hereby declare that along the curb lines at the places indicated on the following streets, it shall be v~alawful to park or allo~ to rsmamn otandmng, s~y tinter vehicle durmng the hours frmu 7:30 A.i.~. to 4:00 P®~m~e on s_ny day when t~ke Junior College shell be in session, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause suitable sign's to be erected along ~aid curb lines containing the words "1~o Parking from V:30 A.~.~. to 4:00 P.L.'. on school days". Said portions of said streets are as follows: (1) On the South side of Tenth Street between ~.~ain Street and Bush Street; (2) On the East side of ~.~sin Street betv~een Ninth Street and Tenth Street; PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1Sth day of December, 1939.
