RESOLUTION NO. 2662 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI$ OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING MBt~ORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOREXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE. WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Agreement hasbeen presented to be entered into with the State of California in accordance with a project statement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax for the fiscal year 1940 allocated for Streets of Major Importance other than State highways in the City of Santa Aua; and wHEREAs, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha; that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expend- itures of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for Streets of Major Importance other than State ~ghways, and said Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said Agreement to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
