<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
<br />
<br /> BE IT RES0~VE~ BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
<br />
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha is the owner of that certain real
<br /> property hereinafter described, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the various parcels hereinafter described consist of certain
<br />lots and parcela of land within the City of Santa Aha, which said property has been
<br />acquired by the City of Santa Aha, by deed and/or purchase from the owners of the
<br />fee title thereto and/or from the County Tax Collector of the County of Orange,
<br />State of California, under the provisions of the Statutes of the State of
<br />California in such cases made and provided, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha has no use for said property or any
<br />thereof for public purposes, and it is the opinion of the City Council that said
<br />property should be sold and conveyed into private ownership in order that the same
<br />may again be placed upon the tax rolls of the City of Santa Aha, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, an offer has been made for the purchase of said parcels by
<br />private individuals, and an opportunity has arisen to sell the same into private
<br />ownership;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby
<br />declare that it intends to and will at a regular meeting of said City Council to
<br />be held on the 17th day of July, 1959, sell said property at the price hereinafter
<br />set forth immediately following the description of said parcels to the persons who
<br />have offered in writing to purchase the same at s aid price, unless at said meeting
<br />the City Council shall receive a bid for said parcels at least ten percent (10%)
<br />in excess of said bid, in which event said property will be sold to the highest
<br />bidder for cash at said meeting, and the Mayor and City Clerk will thereupon be
<br />directed to make, execute and deliver a deed to such property to the said highest
<br />bidder upon receipt of the amount of said bid; the said property ia ~escribed as
<br />fol 1 ows:

<br /> That certain real property situate in the City of Santa Aha, County of
<br />Orange, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1V, 18, 46, 50, 61, 62, 65, 65, 74,
<br /> 76, 77, 79, 83, 93, 97, 100, 118, 123, 128, 129, 130, 131,
<br /> 152, 138 and 142 of Tract No. 85V, Southwestern Addition,
<br /> as shown on a Map recorded in Book 18, page 25 of Miscellaneous
<br /> Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
<br />
<br /> Also Lot "C" of Tract No. 642, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
<br /> 25, page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange Cou.nty,

<br /> Lots Seventeen (IV) and Eighteen (18) of the "Town of

<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at

<br />its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 19~9.
