Book 1~, Page 12~ c: applicant, Publi~c ~apare~. & ~dexed RESOLUTIOi~ NO. 5~-2~ GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION ?70. 1212 I~HERE T!~E CITY COUNCIL DIODIFIED RECOMLfENDED CONDITIONS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission gave notice of and duly ~j held a public hearing on Variance Application [No. 1212, filed by ~i~llimu Justice Ga~., and reco~:~ended tha~ said Variance be ~'~ granted on certain conditions; and the City Council agrees with said recomuendation but has detenuined that the conditions of the grant should be modified; ~ NOW, THEREFORE, L~ IT RESO~fED: That a Variance is hereby ~ granted to permit the construction of an addition to the building ~ located on Lots 1 and 2 of Gardner and ~oye's Addition t~ the Town ~ of santa Ana so that said extension will extend onto and over a portion of the real property in the city of santa Ana, County of Orange, California, described as: Lot 3, Block D. of Gardner & ~oye's Addition to the To~m of Santa Aha, as shown on a ~lap recorded in Book 13, Page a4 of ~iscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, CalifoN~ia, and to peri, it the use of 'the balance of Lot 3 as a parking area in connection with said building, which is used for professional office space and is lonown and ntuubered as 433 7lest Eighth Street, Santa Aha, California, on the following conditions: 1. That the driveway on Riverine Street be constmcted to City standards in a manner to make possible easy ingress and egress from said parking area to said Riverine Stree[b, which is narrow. 2. ?nat the parking lot be blacktopped and located for angle parking. That owner dedicate to the City all vehicular access rights to '"iahth Street and that ~orior to the ma]~zng of the deed granting such access rights , agreement be reached with the De- partment of .~ublmc Works as to reserve access for owner's use.
