RESOLUTION NO. 59-~00 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br /> FUTUP~E RIGHT OF ~?AY LINES ALONG BROADWAY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after public hearing has <br />recommended that future right of way lines be established, as here- <br />inbelow set out; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha declares its intention~to establish setback lines <br />under the designation of Future Right of ~J~ray lines, as follows: <br /> <br /> ( t ) BROADWAY <br /> <br /> On the west side between First and Walnut Streets, 38 <br /> <br /> feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey center- <br /> line. <br /> <br /> On the east side, between First and Walnut Streets, 4a <br /> feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey center- <br /> line. <br /> <br /> On both sides, between Walnut and ~ain Streets, 40 feet, <br /> <br /> measured from and at right angles to the survey centerline. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.I~. on the 18~ day <br /> <br /> ~aln Street, <br />January, 1 6~ in t e Council Cha~bers, City Hall, 3rd & ~ ' <br /> <br />Santa A~a, California, is hereby established as ghe hour and place <br />when all ~ersons having any objection to the establishment of future <br />right of way lines may appear and be heard. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the Council is directed to publish this Resolution <br />once in the Register. The Department of Public Works is directed to <br />post copies of this Resolution along Broadway in front of each block <br />or part thereof where such lines are proposed to be established.
