RESOLUTION N0e , SO t T ,ON OF T Z TTO , TO BE IT RES0~VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~: CITY OF SANTA ANA: THAT, WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha is the owner of that certain real property hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the v~ious parcels hereinafter de2cribed consist of certain lots ~ud parcels of land within the City of S~uta Ana~ which said property has been acquired by the City of Santa Aha, by deed and/or purchase from the owners of the fee title thereto and/or from the County Tax Collector~ of' the County of Oran~ge, State of California, ~nder the provisions of the Statutes of the State of California, in such cases made and provided, and WHEREAS~ the City of Santa Ana has no use for said property or any thereof for public purposes, and it is the opinion of the City Council that said property should be sold and conveyed into private ownership in order that the same may again be placed upon the tax rolls of the City of Santa Aha, and WHEREAS~ an offer has been made for the purchase of said parcels by private individuals, and an opport~mity has arisen to sell the same into private ownership; NOW, '~REFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha does hereby declare that it intends to and will at a regular meeting of said City Council to be held on the 18th day of March, 1940~ sell said property at the price hereinaft~ set forth Immediately following the description of said parcel to the person who has offered in writing to purchase the same at said price, unless at said meeting the City Cottncil shall receive a bid for said parcel at least ten pe~ cent (10%) in excess of said bid, in which event s aid property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at said meeting, and the Mayor and City Clerk will thereupon be directed to make~ execute and deliver a deed to bidder upon receipt of the amount of said bide as follows: such property to the said highest The s aid property is described That certain real property situated in the Orange, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block "F" of Tract No. 531 . , . . . · Lots V, 8, 10, 11~ 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18~ 19, and 20 of Tract Noe 953 · · · · · · PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, its regular meeting held on the 4th day o f March, 1940e ATTEST: E.
