RESOLUTION NO. 2754 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION FOR S~T,,E OF DEED~ LOTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESC~¥~ by the Council of the C~ty of Santa Aha: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that the City sell <br />to W. E. Dunn that certain real property belonging to this City, and described <br />as being in the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, California, and particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots Six (6), Eight (8), Nine (9), Eleven (11), a~d <br />Twelve (12) in Block "F" of Tract No. 289, <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute <br />a deed to said property to W. E. Dunn upon receipt by the City of the sum of <br />Three Hundred Seventy-five and no/100 ($3V5.00) as the full purchase and ~a le <br />price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said property <br />free of delinquent taxes. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at <br />its regular meeting held ~n the 4th day of March, 1940. <br /> <br />Fred.
