RESOLUTION NO. 2759 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Aha, does hereby accept those certain deeds from the following named persons to the property set forth ~EEediately following their n~mes, as follows: · W.E.Friend and MaymE. Friend Beg~n~lng at a point in the West line of Artesia Street as said Artesia Street was established by Deed to the City of Santa Aha dated December 19th, 1924, and recorded in Book 545, page 55 of Deeds, which point is 171~feet North of the North line of Hickey Street; thence North along said West line of A~tesia Street 46 feet; thence West parallel with Hickey Street 130 feet; thence South 46 feet parallel with the West line of Artesia Street; thence East 130 feet to the point of beginning. Frank C. Pope and Murtel Pope Beginning at a point 125 feet North of the intersection of the center line of Fairlawn Street and the North line of Eighth Street (formerly Hickey Street) said point being in the North line of the land conveyed to G.A. Dem%triou April 2~d, 1922 by Deed recorded in Book 423, page 16 of Deeds of Orange County; thence North along the said center line of Fairlawn Street, as shown on a map of Fairlawn Park Tract recorded in Book 4, page 46 of Miscel- laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, if the s~ne were projected, 230 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of Eighth Street, 142.4 feet, more or less, to the North-west corner of the land conveyed t o F.
