RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TEE CANCEELATION OF TAXES ON CIT~ OWNED PHOPERTY The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: That the taxes levied on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, together with all penalties and co,ts, if any attached thereto, and as hereinafter particularly itemized are hereby directed to be cancelled by the officer in charge of the records of such taxes in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Statutes of 1925, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a petition with the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange requesting an order cancelling all taxes levied against said property. The said taxes and the property upon which the same are assessed, are itemized as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of Artesia Street as said Artesta Street was established by Deed to the City of Santa Aha dated December 19th, 1924, snd recorded in Book 545, page 55 of Deeds, which point is 1V1 feet North of the North line 'of Hickey Street; thence North along'Said West line of Artesia~Street 46 feet; thence West parallel with Hickey Street 130 feet; thence South 46 feet parallel with the West line of Artesia Street; thence East 130 feet to the point of beginning. Beginning at a point 128 feet ~orth of t he intersection of t he center line of Fairlawn Street and the North line of Eighth~reet (formerly Hickey Street) said point being in the North line Of the land conveyed to G. A. Demetriou April and, 1922 by Deed recorded in Book 423, page 16 of Deeds of Orange County; thence North along the said center line of Fairlawn Street, as shown on a map of Fairlawn Park Tract recorded in Bmok 4, page 46 of Miscel- laneous Maps, records of Orange C6unty, Califo~nia~ if t he' same were projected, 230 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of Eighth Street, 142.4 feet, more or less~ to the North-west corner of the land conveyed to F. H. Linden and wife by deed recorded May 1Vth, 1929 in Book 2V8, page 102 of 0fftctalRecords; thence South along the West line of the land conveyed to Linden and wife and its Southerly extension to the North-we~t corner of the land conveyed to L. E. Coffman, and others, by Deed recorded December llth, 1929 in Book 335, page 104 of Official Records; thence South along the West line of the land so conveyed to the South-west corner thereof; thence West on the North line of said Demetriou land and parallel to the North line of s aid Eighth Street 142.4 feet to the point of beginning. That portion of Section Twelve (12), Township Five (5) South, Range Ten (10) West, S.B.B.&.M., in the City of Santa Ana~ County of Orange, State of California~ described as follows: The North 108.V4 feet of the following described property: Beginning at a point in the Northwest corner of said Section 12; thence South along the West line of said Section 285.~4 feet to a point~ in the North line of the property conveyed by W.
