BE IT FURT!~R RESOLVED: That "Trask and Laird N. E. Annex" is hereby desicnated as an appropriate name for said territory for the purpose of this annexation. BE IT FURTHER _~SOLVED. That notice is hereby given that January 18, 1960, at the hour of 7:30 ?.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and ~ain Streets, Santa Aha, California, is the time and place fixed at which said Council will hear protests against this annexation made by any person owning real property within said territory; at any time before said hour any owner of any of said territory may file written protest against this proposed annexation with the Clerk of the Council, Room 30~, City Hall, Santa Ana, Cali- fornia. Said protest shall state the name of the owner of the prop- erty affected and the description and area of the property owned by him in general terms.
