ALSO EXCEPTING those portions dedi- cated for Edinger Street. 2. Said action for condemnation saall be had in accordance with t~e provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Constitu- tion of the State of California relating to eminent domain. 3. The City Attorney is directed to bring an action in the name of the People of the City of Santa Aha, in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange, to acquire fee title to the property herein above described, and to make application to said Court for an order fixing the amount of security in the way of money deposits as such Court may direct for an order permitting said City to take immediate possession and use of said real property for said public use, and to do those things necessary to insure that said amount be deposited with said Court. -3-
