RESOLUTION NO. 59-316 ADOPTIN~ PRECISE ALIGNMENT OF <br />WESTERLY EXTENSION OF WILLITS-BISHOP STREET, SULLIVAN <br />TO PROPOSED FAIRVIEW <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission regularly held a public <br />hearing on notice on the adoption o f a precise plan showing street <br />alignment of Willits-Bishop Street, as herein referred to; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing, <br /> <br />on notice, on said proposal, and after said hearing finds that said <br />precise plans should be adopted to further the general welfare and <br />that the proposed alignment will result in the greatest public good <br />with the least private injury; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TEE CITY COUNCIL of the <br />City of Santa Aha hereby determines and declares that the street <br />allgn~ent as shown in detail on precise plan nominated SH-110, <br />Exhibit #l, to show the alignment of Willits-Bishop Street between <br />Sullivan Street and proposed Fairview Street, is hereby adored and <br />established as the precise street alignment for Willits-Bishop <br />Street between said points. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, i 959- <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> 'CEE~K OF-THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, <br /> <br />do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 21st day of December, 1959, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
