Perry, <br />and Jack Rimel, Attorney-in-Fact for Violet Holt, has recommended <br />that said Variance be granted on certain conditions, and the Council <br />agrees but has determined to modify the recommended conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOF~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council ap- <br />prove the findings Justifying the granting of a Variance as con- <br />tained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 5290, to permit the <br />construction of a customer and employee parking lot in an R-3 <br />District, on property in t he City of Santa Aha, California, des- <br />cribed as: <br /> <br /> Parce. 1 No. l: 201 South Broadway and 212 and 214 %~est <br /> Walnut, in the City of Santa Arm. <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 7 of Palmer's Addition to the Town of Santa <br /> Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book 34, Page 87 of <br /> Miscellaneous Records, Los Angeles County, California. <br /> <br /> Parcel No. 2: 205-205~ South Broadws~, in the City of <br /> Santa Ans. <br /> <br /> Lot 3, Block 7 of Palmer's Addition to the Town of Santa <br /> Ana, as shown on a romp recorded in Book 34, Page 87 of <br /> Miscellaneous Records, Los Angeles CoUnty, California, <br /> <br />located at the southeast corner of Broadway and Walnut Streets <br />under the conditions contained in said Resolution No. 5290, except <br />that Condition No. 4- is hereby modified to read, "That no new or <br />used 'cars shall be stored on said property for the purpose of sale <br />from said property; that no cars shall be stored on said property <br />for a period of more than 72 hours; that no more than one sign <br />shall be displayed and said sign shall be no Ia rger than 12 square <br />feet for t~e purpose of identifying the business and indicating <br />the lot is for customer pa~ktng, and that said sign shall carry <br />no other type of commercial advertising; and that no repair work shall <br />be done on said lot". <br /> <br /> <br />
