Book 17, Page 139 c: Applican% Pub Wk$, Bldg, <br /> Planning <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-318 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION <br />NO. 1222 FILED BY J~ WHERE <br />RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS ~ERE MODIFIED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing, the Planning Commission recommended <br />the grant of Variance on Application No. 1222; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA2, the City Council agrees that said Variance should be <br />granted, but desires to modify the recommended conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council approves <br />the findings justifying the grant of Variance as contained in Plan- <br />ning Commission Resolution No. 5292 to permit the use of real prop- <br />erty in the City of Santa Aha, County of Or~uge, State of California, <br />described as Lot 21, BlockC, Tract No. 603, Magnolia Place, as per <br />map recorded in Book 19, Page 6 of Miscellanous Maps, Records of <br />the County Reco~der's Office of said Orange County, for the erection <br />of an addition in front of existing dwelling house to be used as a <br />beauty shop for two operators in an R-1 District, subject to all <br />conditions contained in said Resolution No. 529~ excepting that Con- <br />dition No. 3 is hereby eliminated, Condition No. 4 is changed to <br />require that the front of the lot he concreted instead of landscaped, <br />and that Condition No. 10 be modified to read, "No portion of the <br />building to be closer than 45 feet from the surveyed center line of <br />the street upon which the property fronts." <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sm~ta Ana <br />at its regular meeting held the 21st day of December, 1959. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> 'C~ERK OF-THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting <br />held on the 21st day of December, 1959, and was at said meeting regu- <br />larly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCILMEN: RoyalE.
