RESOLUTION NO. 59-320 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br />FUTURE EIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF STANDARD <br />AVEnue, RIT(~tEY AND FRUIT ST~T <br /> <br /> %~HEREAS, the Planning ~ommission, after public hea~ing, has <br />recommended that future right of wa~ lines be established as here- <br />inbelow set out; <br /> <br /> NOW, TIt~HEFORE, BE IT ~SOL~: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa ~a declares its intention to establish build~ <br />setback lines ~der the designation of "~ture Ri~t of Way Lines", <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> (u) ~$,~d~d Avenue <br /> <br /> On both sides between First Street and Delhi Road, <br /> 40 feet, measured from and at right ~gles to ~he survey <br /> cente~line. <br /> <br /> (v) Ritchey S~r~e~ <br /> <br /> On both sides between McFadden Avenue ~d the eamter- <br /> ly extension of Edinger Steer, 42 feet measured from and <br /> at right ~gles to ~e survey centerline. <br /> <br /> (w) Fruit S~reet <br /> <br /> 0n both sides, between French Street and Gra~ Avenue, <br /> 40 feet, measured f~m ~d at right angles to the survey <br /> centerline. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTER ~SOLV~: ~at 7:30 P.M., on ~e 18th day of <br />J~ua~, 1960, in the C~ncil Ch~bers, City Hall, ~i~ and Main <br />Streets, Santa A~, Califo~ia, is hereby established aa the time <br />and place when all persons having any objection to the establish- <br />ment of said future ri~t of way lines may appear and be heard. <br /> <br /> That the Clerk of ~e Council is directed to publish this <br />Resolution once in ~e Register; the Department of Public Works <br />is directed to post copies of this Resolution along said streets <br />in front of each block or pa~t thereof where such lines are pro- <br />posed to be establi~ed, and that both publication and posting <br />shall be completed at least ten days before the t~e of said hear- <br />ing. <br /> <br /> <br />
