RESOLUTION NO. 60-2 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH FUTURE RIGHT 0FWA~NES ALONG PORTIONS OF FOURTH AND EIGHTH STREETS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing, has recommended that future right of wsF lines be established, as here- inbelow set out; NOW, TPIEREFORE, BE TTRESOLVED: T~at the City Council of the City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish setback lines under the designation of Future Right of Way Lines, as follows: (x) Fourth Street On both sides, between Raitt Street and Santa Ana Free- way, 40 feet, measured from and at right angles to the sur- vey centerline. On both sides, between the Sm ta Ara FreewsF and the east City Limits, 50 feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey centerline. (y) Eig~hth Street On both sides between proposed Fairview Street and Bristol Street, 42 feet, measured from and at right angles to the sur- vey centerline. On the north side between Bristol and Baker Streets, 38 feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey center- line. On the south 46 feet, measured centerline. side, between Bristol and Baker Streets, from and at right angles to the survey On the north 34 feet, measured centerline. side, between Baker and Westwood Streets, from and at right angles to the survey On the south 50 feet, measured centerline. side, between Baker m~d Shelton Streets, from and at right angles to the survey On the north 30 feet, measured centerline. side, between Westwood Street and Bm adway, from and at right angles to the survey On the south 54 feet, measured centerline. side, between Shelton Street and Broadway, from and at right angles to the survey BE IT FURTHER ~ESOLVED: That 7:30 P.
