RESOLUTION NO. 60-4 ACCEPTING A DEGED UNDER <br />CONDITIONS WHERE C---~IS BUYING A PARK SITE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, KENNETH .C. PRICE and MARCIA HUBER PRICE have offer- <br />ed to the City a deed purporting to convey Lot 158 of Tract No. ~ <br />~ which said Tract Map has not yet been recorded with the Re- <br />corder of Orange County and which said deed has not yet been ac- <br />knowle dged; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has entered into negotiations <br /> <br />with said grantors for the purchase of certain property for park <br />purposes, in consideration of a cash payment by the City'of Santa <br />Ana of the present market value of said land, and escrow instruc- <br />tions have been prepared between said parties; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts sald deed under the provisions of Order No. 388328-DGT, in <br />the Orange County Title Company, and with the condition that said <br />deed be completed by the addition of the book and page number <br />after the map of Tract No. 3627 has been recorded with t~he Recorder <br />of Orange County, California, said deed dated and the signatures <br />of said grantors be properly acknowledged before a Notary Public <br />in the State of California, all in accordance with the supple- <br />mental instructions under said order number, and when the same <br />is done that said deed be presented to Carl J. Thornton, the City,s <br />designated agent, for the completion of the Certificate of Accept- <br />ance by him, which he is hereby authorized and empowered then to <br />complete and sign, as the City's designated agent. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on t~e 4th day of January, 1960. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />· CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
