RESOLUTION NO. 60-8 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br />FUTURE RIGHT 0F~-~NES ADONG BRISTOL STREET BETWEEN <br />TALBERT AVENUE AND DELHI ROAD <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the Planning Commission after public hearing, has <br />recommended that f~ture right of way lines be established as mere- <br />inbelow set out; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Santa Aha declares its intention to establish building <br />setback lines under the designation of Future Right of Way Lines, <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> (z) Bristol St.ree~ <br /> <br /> From present Talbert Avenue to Delhi Road, on both <br /> sides, measured 50 feet from and at right angles to the <br /> construction centerline. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 15th day of <br />February, 1960, in the Council Cha~nbers, City Hall, 3rd and Main <br />Street, Santa Aha, California, is hereby established as the time <br />and place when all persons having any objection to the establish- <br />ment of said lines may appear and be hea~i; that the Clerk of the <br />Council is directed to publish this Resolution once in the Register, <br />and the Director of Public Works is directed to post copies of this <br />Resolution along Bristol Street in front of each block or part <br />where such lines are proposed to be established, and that both <br />publication and postiag shall be completed at least ten (10) days <br />before the time of hearing. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council at its regular meet- <br />ing held on the 18th day of January, 1960. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> -CEER~ OF-THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
