RESOLUTION NO. 60-9 APPI~OVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP <br />NO. 3651 WHERE RECOMMENDED CONDITION MAY BE MODIFIED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a tentative map of Tract No. 36~51 has been sub- <br />mitted and the Planning Commission has recommended approval thereof <br />under certain conditions, and it appears that the Planning Commis- <br />sion's recommended condition (e) would require improvement of the <br />East 53 feet of frontage, and the owner of this parcel may have <br />severed this parcel so that the said 53 feet of frontage was not <br />in the same ownership as the area shown on said tentative tract <br />map No. 3651, prior to the annexation of this territory to the City <br /> <br />of Santa Aha; <br /> <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />tentative tract map No. 3651, subject <br /> <br />That the City Council approve <br />to all recommended conditions <br /> <br />contained in Planning Commlssion's for~arding letter to the Coun- <br />cil dated January ll, 1960, except that subdivider shall be re- <br />.ired to improve the East 53 feet of this property by the instal- <br />lation of Hazard Avenue improvements if said 53 feet stands in the <br />name of the applicant, or if the owner of the said 53 feet has <br />entered into an escrow for the sale of land for said subdivision, <br />which escrow contains a condition that the map of this tract be <br />approved, then the dedication and improvement for Hazard Avenue <br />will be required to include the East 53 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of January, 1960. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> · CRERK OF ~l~tE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
