ALSO REPEALING AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION 58-255 : BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code; Section 21458, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City declares that portion of: RESOLUTION 58-255 adopted on the sixth day of October 1958 ordering the curb painted red on the west side of Bristol Street between Martha Lane and the centerline of Seventeenth Street as follows: South 90 feet of the north 313 feet are hereby repealed and rescinded, end the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curbs. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code Section 21458, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3213, traffic regulations are hreby established as follows: The west side of Bristol Street between Martha Lane and the centerline of Seventeenth Street, as follows: South 90 feet of the north 376 feet and the Director of public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Section 21458, and Santa Ana Municipal Oode, Sections 3201 and 3216, traffic regu- lations are hereby established as follows: The east side of Bristol Street between Seventeenth and Eighteenth Streets The west side of Bristol Street between Seventeenth Street and 1 29 feet south of the centertine of Twenty-first street. The west side of Bristol Street between Martha Lane end the centerline of Seventeenth Street as follows: North 286 feet and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install the NO PABXING ANY TIME signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
