RESOLUTION NO. 3164 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONE UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, as follows; That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pmreuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the public highways.in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted red as provided in Subdivision "E" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted red as follows, to-wit: follows: EAST FOURTH STREET On the South side between French Street and Lacy Street, described as easterly line of Mortimer Street with the south curb line of Fourth Street; east for a distance of 60 feet. WEST THIRD STREET On the South Side between Main Street and Sycamore Street, Beginning at the intersection of the southerly prolongation of the thence fo 1 lows described as Sarfca Ana at its The west 83 feet of the east 91 feet.
