RESOLUTION NO. 3167 RESOLUTION CONCt~NING PARKING LIMITATIONS UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3164 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, dated the 19th day of October, 1942, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within Said City", adopted April 6th, 1936, the City Council did declare that the following curb along the public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as provided tn Subdivision "E" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: WEST THIRD STREET On the South side between Main Street and Sycamore Street, described as follows: The West 83 feet of the East 91 feet AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and eliminate that certain no parking zone as above described. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing no parking zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the follow- ing curb along the public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as provided in Subdivision "E" of Section 9, of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereb~ directed to cause said curb to be painted Red as follows, to-wit: WEST THIRD STREET On the South side between Main Street and Sycamore Street, described as follows: The Easterly6? feet of the Westerly 118 feet. EAST THIRD STREET On the North side between Main Street and Bush S~reet, described as follows: The Easterly 70 feet PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at its reg61ar meeting h~ld on the 2nd day of November, 1942.
