RESOLUTION NO. 3169 RESOLUTION C~NCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2571 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, dated the 5th day of July, 1938, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana,, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said April 6, 1936, the City Council did declare that the following curb alon~ City", adopted the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow as provided t, Sub. division "h" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause the curb to be painted as above described on the following curb,to-wi1 THIRD STREET On the North side between Main and Bush Streets, located as follows: The Easterly 33 feet of the Westerly 43 feet NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing freight loading zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered/ AND WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3187 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, dated the 2nd day of November, 1942, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 8t$, 1936, the City Council did declare that the following curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as provided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: EAST THIRD STREET On the North side between Main and Bush Streets, located as follows: The Easterly 70 feet NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the following portion of the foregoing No Parking ZOne is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered: EAST THIRD STREET On the North side between Main and Bush Streets, located as follows: The Westerly 14 feet of the Easterly 70 feet BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the followin curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow, as provided in Subdivision "h" Qf Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: EAST THIRD STREET On the North side between Main and Bush Streets, located as follows: The Westerly 18 feet of the Easterly 74.5 feet.
