RESOLUTION NO. 3099 RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL PRO?ERTY BE IT,RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha: That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to City sell to Raoul A. Solis that certain real property bel this City, and described as being in the City of Santa Ana County, California, and particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of Block "A" of South Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book 5, page 43 of Miscel- laneous Maps, records of Orange County, Calif- ornia, which point is 360 feet North 89 degrees 594' West of the Southeast corner of Block "A" thence North 145 feet; thence Westerly parallel to the South line of said Block "A" 60 feet; thence South 145 feet to the South line of B10c "A"; thence East on the South line of said Bloc "A" 60 feet to the point of beginning and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby to.execute a quitclaim deed to said property to Raoul A. S receipt by the City of the sum of Seventy-five and no/100 ($75.00) as full purchase and sale price thereof.
