RESOLUTION NO. 5124 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana does hereby accept that certain Quitclaim Deed from Blanche M. Robertson, to the property described as follows, to-wit: Parcel 1. Beginning at the Northerly corner of Lot Fifty (50) of "Tract No. 754", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 22, page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence South-westerly along lot line to the Westerly corner of said Lot Fifty (50); thence North-westerly along the North-westerly prolongation of the Westerly line of said Lot Fifty (50) a distance of 49.77 feet to a point; thence North-easterly to a point in the East line of Lot Fifty-one (51) of Said Tract No. 754, said point being dDstant 30 feet North-westerly measured along curved lot line from the most Easterly corner of said Lot Fifty-one (51); thence South-easterly along lot line 30 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom that portion thereof conveyed to Roy H. Winchester and wife by deed recorded April 3rd, 1936, in Book 816, page 279 of Official Records. Parcel 2. Beginning at the South-west corner o f Lot Fifty-one (51) of "Tract No. 754", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 22, page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence East along lot line to the North- east corner of Lot Fifty-two (52) of said Tract No. 754; thence North-westerly along the Northzwesterly prolongation of the Easterly line of said Lot Fifty-two (52), a distance of 49.77 feet to a point; thence South-westerly to a point in the Westerly line of said Lot Fifty-one (51), said point being distant 30 feet Northerly from the Southwesterly corner of said Lot Fifty-one (51); thence Southerly along the lot line 30 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom that portion thereof conveyed to Dr. Martin Hull and wife by deed recorded March 21st, 1935, in Book 743, page 29 of Officials Records. All said property is in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of May, 1942.
