RESOLUTION NO. 3134 <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, this City sell to <br />Josephine Gomez that certain real property belonging to this City, and described as <br />being in the City of.Santa Aha, Orange County, California, and particularly described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Four (4), Block Eight (8), <br />Tract No. 39, <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a <br />quitclaim deed to said property to Josephine Gomez upon receipt by the City of the <br />sum of Sixty-six and no/100 Dollars ($66.00) as full purchase and sale price thereof. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at its <br />regular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 1942. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Erma Keeler <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />Joseph P.
