RESOLUTION NO. 3145 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO <br />REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING REPORT <br />AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILED WITH THE TAX <br />COLLECTOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City COuncil of the City of Santa Aha did, on the 16th day <br />of March, 1942, pass Resolution No. 3107, determining and declaring that weeds whic~ <br />bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and which attain such a large growth as to ' <br />become a fire men~ce when dry and which are noxious and dangerous, were growing <br />upon the streets, sidewalks, and private property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />described in the itemized report submitted herewith; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April, 1942, the City Council further passed <br />Resolution No. 3114, orderin~ the Street SUperintendent of said City to abate such <br />public nuisance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said Street SUperintendent has given notice as required by <br />law, in which notice the 20th day of July, 1942, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., <br />was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as <br />the place, where any and all persons interested in the said report might be heard; <br />and <br /> <br />report, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set the Street Superintendent submitted the said <br />and all of said protests or objections to said report having been heard; <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Co~cil of the City of Santa Aha that a~l <br />of said protests or objections to the said report of the work done, be and the same <br />are hereby overruled and the report affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent <br />be and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City COuncil of the City of Santa Ana, at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on <br /> <br />Erma Keeler <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />the 20th day of July, 1942. <br /> <br />Joseph P.
