bo~k 17, Page 167 <br />I*~exed <br /> <br />c: Applicant - Pub Wks, ~ilding, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 60-17 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION <br />NO. 1246 WHERE ONE CONDITION IS MODIFIED <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing, <br />recommended that a variance be granted on Application No. 1246, <br />filed by Ray B. Pric~, affecting property in an R-1 District <br />known and numbered as 1319 South Grand Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after consideration, agree with <br />the Planning Commission's recomendation, except that said Council <br />has concluded that condition designated "e" in Planning Commis- <br />sion Resolution No. 5322, should be modified; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby finds that the conditions Justify- <br />ing a variance, as set forth in said Resolution No. 5322, are <br /> <br />approved and adopted, <br />Application No. 1246 <br />of a Recreation Club, <br /> <br /> and that the Variance as applied for in <br /> <br />is hereby granted to permit the construction <br />as set forth in said application and said <br /> <br />Resolution, subject to all of the conditions contained in said <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5322, except that condition designated "e" is <br /> <br />hereby modified to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(e) ~nat the record owners of the land make, execute, <br />acknowledge and deliver to the City an agreement to bind <br />said owners, their heirs, successors and assigns to install <br />crushed rock base, or other base, as required for standard <br /> <br />paving, along the entire frontage of said property for ~ <br />width of 18 feet, measured from the face of the curb, and <br />to install standard curb and gutter and sidewalk along said <br />area, said curb and gutter to be placed 32 feet East of <br />the center line of Grand Avenue, at such time as any portion <br />of the East side of Grand Avenue between the North line of <br />said property and t~e Southwesterly line of the Atchison, <br />Topeka & Santa Fe right of way is improved with curb and <br />gutter". <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meetiqg held on t he 1st day of February, 1960. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
