RESOLUTION NO. 60-18 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLIS}{ FUTURE RIGHT OF WA'-~NES ALONG MEMORY LANE AND GARDEN GROVE BOULEVARD BETWE~EN FLOWER STREET AND THE WEST CITY LIMITS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing, has recommended that future right-of,way lines be established, as here- inbelow set out; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha declares its intention to establish future right- of-way lines as follows: (aa) Memory Lane and Garden Grove Boulevard From Flower Street to the West corporate limits (approximately 130 feet West of the centerline of Townley Street), measured 50 feet from and at right angles to the survey centerline. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said Council hereby declares its intention not to modify the existing building setback lines in said area which are presently established as being 60 feet from the sur- veyed center line, measured at right angles by Ordinance No. NS~lO1, and declares that the declared intention herein expressed is for the purpose of completing the right-of-way program and will not be a modification of the existing set backs. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 7th day of March, 1960, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 3rd and Main Streets, Santa Aha, California~ is hereby established as the hour and place when all persons having any objection to the establi~ment of the proposed setback lines may appear ~ d be heard. The Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing by publishing a copy of this Resolution once in the Register, and the Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of this Resolution along the portion of said street in front of each block or part thereof where such setback lines are proposed to be established. Not less than three such notices shall be posted and both publication and posting shall be completed at least ten days before the date of said hearing.
