RESOLUTION NO. 60-21 <br /> <br />ACCEPT GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LOUIS J, C$I, LA, JR. and MARION N. CELLA, and <br /> <br />JOSEPH CANALE and NARY M. CANALE have presented to the City a <br />Grant Deed dated December 7th, 1959, in consideration of payment <br />of $4,500.00, conveying property in Santa Ana, on the South side <br />of First Street, the East side of Pacific .Avenue, and on Alley <br />for an easement for street purposes; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said Deed and Carl J.
