RESOLUTION NO. 60-2h AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK OF THE COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A DEED QUITCLAIMING VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS ACROSS THREE DRIVEWAYS ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF FIRST STREET WHEREAS, heretofore the City was granted access rights from certain property, and development plans now require driveway locations which the City desires to approve; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to ex- ecute and deliver to GRESCHNER-RABEC, and FLOYD A. BLOWER and MARGARET F. BLOWER a deed ~uitclaiming vehicular access rights to one 30-foot, and two 35-foot driveways along the North line of First Street, East of Sullivan, across property described as follows: PARCEL l: Beginning a t a point in said No~th property line of First Street, said point being 1,269.Sb feet Easterly, measured along a straight line which is parallel with the center line of said First Street, from the center line of Sullivan Street, and running thence East along said North line 30.00 feet. PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point in said North property line of First Street, said point being 1,324.56 feet Easterly, measured along a straight line which is parallel with the center line of said First Street from the center llne of Sullivan Street, and running thence East along said North line 35.00 feet. PARCEL 3: Beginning at a point in said North property line of First Street, said point being 1,424.56 feet Easterly, measured along a straight line w~ ch is parallel with the center line of said First Street, from the center line of Sullivan Street, and running thence East along said North line 35.00 feet, and to deliver said deed to grantees.
