RESOLUTION 64-3 ACCEPTING ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE <br />AND DEEDS GRANTING EASF24ENTSAND ACCESS RIGHTS <br />AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SEVENTEENTH AND BRISTOL <br />STREETS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION has delivered <br />to the City an Assignment of Mortgage dated November 1, 1963, <br />assigning a mortgage executed by Anna A. Friedman; this mortgage <br />was recorded November 7, 1956, in Book 3703, Page 229, Official <br />Records of Orange County, affecting property for Seventeenth Street <br />right of way west of Bristol Street, together with an easement deed <br />dated October 1, 1963, fro~a the executor of the ESTATE OF ANNA F. <br />FRIEDMAN granting an easement for Seventeenth Street right of way <br />west of Bristol Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION has delivered <br />to the City a deed dated November 1, 1963, granting an easement <br />5 feet wide for street purposes along the easterly side of Bristol <br />Street to a point 285.64 feet south of the center line of Seventeenth <br />Street, together with a spandrel at the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of said two streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION has presented <br />to the City a deed dated December 10, 1963, granting vehicular access <br />rights to Seventeenth Street and a deed dated December 10, 1963, <br />granting vehicular access rights to Bristol Street from the parcel <br />of land at the southeast corner of Seventeenth Street and Bristol <br />Street. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said <br />Assignment of Mortgage, said two easement deeds and said two deeds <br />granting vehicular access rights, and Carl J.
