RESOLUTION 64-4 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LONG BEACH LEASING CORPORATION, a corporation, <br />JOHN B. KILROY, a marrie~man, CONEJO DEVELOPMENT CO., a California <br />corporation, FACTORY DEVELOPMENT CO., a corporation, have presented <br />to the City a deed dated December 26, 1963, dedicating vehicular <br />access rights to Segerstr~ Avenue, Fairview Street and Warner <br />Avenue, except at street intersections; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALAMO STATIONS, a limited partnership, has presented <br />to the City a deed dated December 19, 1963, conveying an easement <br />for street purposes at the Northwest corner of Stafford Street and <br />Grand Avenue and a spandrel shaped parcel of land at said Northwest <br />corner; Also granting vehicular access rights to Grand Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, both of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
