RESOLUTION NO. SS?S RE~OLUTION TO PUROHASE REAL PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: That public convenience requires that this City acquire real property within the City of Santa Ana which may be suitable for park purposes, and that Inasmuch as an opportunity has arisen to acquire a half acre or thereabouts suitable for such purpose under an agreement which does not require the expenditure during any fiscal year of more money than can be expended out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of that year; NOW, THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered to enter into an agreement of purchase of that real property located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Lot 16 in Block "B" of Tract No. 315, as per map thereof recorded in Book 14, page 49 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange Oounty, California. EXCEPT that portion thereof described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 15 in Block "B" of said Tract No. 315, and running thence South 89° 15' East along the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line of Bachman Drive, as shown on said map 24 feet; thence North 51o 43. East 219.98 feet; thence North 3l* 42' East ?2.88 feet to a point in the North line of Lot 16 in said Block "B" which is distant 39.38 feet Easterly from the Southeast corner of Lot 8 of Tract No. 721, as per map thereof recorded in Book 22, page 4 of Miscellaneous Maps; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot 16, 150.94 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 16; thence Southwesterly following alqng the SoUtheasterly line of said Lot l~ to the Southeast corner of Lot 15 in Block "B" of said Tract No. 3~5; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Lot 15, 91.62 feet to the poin~ of beginning. and that the City purchase the said property described herein at this tlme. -1-
