RESOLUTION 64-10 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CARL E. GILL and DORIS A. GILL have presented to <br />the City a deed dated January 11, 1964, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the north side of Camille Street, East of <br />Jackson Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BEAR STATE BUILDERS, INC., a corporation, has <br />presented to the City a deed dated January 9, 1964, conveying an <br />easement for sewer and public utility purposes North of McFadden <br />Avenue, east of Newhope Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BEAR STATE BUILDERS, INC., a corporation, has <br />presented to the City a deed dated January 9, 1964, conveying an <br />easement for water and public utility purposes north of McFadden <br />Avenue, East of Newhope Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
