RESOLUTION 64-12 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />on the south side of Edinger Avenue and the east side of Standard <br />Avenue dedicated to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights <br />to Edinger Avenue and Standard Avenue and the present owners have <br />now requested driveway locations at said locations and the City <br />has determined to grant the same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDER- <br />LYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD <br />vehicular access rights Edinger Avenue and Standard Avenue, and <br />deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of January, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
