RESOLUTION NO. ~405 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OVERRULIN$ PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO <br /> 1%E~O1~ OF ~TBEET ~UP~.'RINTENDENT~ APPROVIN(} REPORT <br /> AND ORDERIN~ A COPY THEREOF FILED WITH THE TAX <br /> OOLLECTOR. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> WHEP~'EAS, the City Council of the City of ~anta Ana did, <br />on the 19th day of March, 19~5, pass Resolution No. 3369, deter- <br />mining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or <br />downy nature and which attain such a large growth as to become <br />a fire menace when dry and which are noxious and dangerous, were. <br />growing upon the streets, sidewalks, and private property in the <br /> <br /> descriDed in the itemized report submitted <br /> <br />City of Bents An a, <br /> <br />herewith; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of April, 19~5, <br />further p~ssed Resolution No. 3392, ordering the <br /> <br /> the City Council <br /> <br /> Street Superin- <br />tendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given notice <br />as required by law, in which notice the 16th day of July, 19~5, at <br />the hour of 7:3© o'clock p.m., was fixed as the time, and the <br />Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place, where <br />any and all persons interested in the sai= report might be heard; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at The time set the Street Superintendent <br />submitted the said report, and all of said protests or objections <br />to said report having been hear~; and <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY REBOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Arm that all of said protests or objections to the said <br />report of the work ~one, be and the same are hereby overruled <br />and the report affirmed, and rna% the Street Superintendent be, <br />and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with <br />the Tax Collector. <br /> <br /> <br />
