FOLLOWS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~A06 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RE SPECIAL ELECTION HELD <br /> ON THE 24th DAY OF July, <br /> 1945 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0P SANTA ANA, AS <br /> <br /> That on the 24th day of July, 1945, a special election was <br />held in the City of Santa Aha, at which time a measure was submitted <br />to the electors providing for the participation of the employees of <br />the City of Santa Aha in the State Employees, Retirement SystemI <br /> <br /> That the whole number of votem cast at said election was <br /> <br />50~8; <br /> <br />That the~s~-evoted on was as follows: <br /> <br /> "Shall Ordinance No. 1146 entitled lAn Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana authorizing a contract between <br />the City Council of the City of Santa Aha and the Board of <br />Administration, California State Employees~ Retirement <br />System, providing for the participation of said subdivision <br />in said State Employees, Retirement System and making its <br />employees members of said system, be adopted?" <br /> <br />That the number of votes given at each precinct for the <br /> <br />ordinance and against the ordinance waw as follows: <br /> <br /> Precinct No. Votes for the Ordinance Votes against the <br /> Ordinance <br /> <br /> 1 83 93 <br /> 2 52 55 <br /> 3 40 97 <br /> 4 V1 91 <br /> 5 55 63 <br /> 6 97 81 <br /> ? 110 97 <br /> 8 98 114 <br /> 9 84 95 <br /> 10 54 85 <br /> 11 78 78 <br /> 12 48 104 <br /> 13 58 111 <br /> 14 87 79 <br /> <br /> <br />
