BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF SANTA ANA: THAT,WHEREAS. the 01ty of Santa Aha is the owner of that certain real property hereiBafter described,and WHEREAS, the parcels hereinafter described consist of certain lots and parcels of land within the 01ty of Santa Aha,which said property has been acquired by the City of Santa Aha by deed and/or purchase from the owner of the fee title thereto and/or from the County Tax Collector of the County of Orange,State of California under the provisions of the Statutes of the State of 0alifornia, in such cases made and provided , and WHEREAS, the 01ty of Santa Aha has no use ~or said property or any thereof for public purposes, and it is the opinion Of the City Council that the said property be sold and conveyed into private ownership in order that the same may again be placed upon the tax rolls of the City of Santa Aha, and WHEREAS, an offer has been made for the purchase of said parcels by private individuals, and an opportunity has arisen to sell the same into private ownership: NOW, THEREFORE. the 01ty Council of the Ci$y of Santa Aha does hereby declare that it intends to and will at a regular meeting of said Council to be held on the 15th day of October, 1945, sell said property at the priue hereinafter set forth immediately following the description of said parcel to the person who has offered in writing to purchase the same at said price, unless at said meeting the City Council shall receive a bid for said pareels at least ten per cent(10~) in excess of said bid, ~n which event aaid property will be sold to the highest bidder for sash at said meeting, and the Nayor and City Clerk will thereupon be directed to make,excute and deliver a deed to such property to the said highest bidder upon receipt of the amount of said bid.
