RESOLUTION 64-22 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO MORRIS AND GLORIA GLASSER <br />FOR CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the realignment of Fairview Street, <br />the City is the owner of certain property located on the West side <br />of Fairview Street, North of Ninth Street, in the City of Santa Ana, <br />and it has now been determined that a portion of said property is <br />excess and of no use to the City and that it should be deeded to <br />MORRIS and GLORIA GLASSER, owners of the adjoining land, who have <br />expressed their desire to purchase the same for $2,000.00 through <br />Escrow No. 51188-K with Security Title Insurance Company. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />a deed quitclaiming to MORRIS GLASSER and GLORIA GLASSER the City's <br />interest in that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />That portion of the land conveyed to the City of Santa Ana <br />from J. Blake Woolbright, Et ux., by deed recorded July 5, <br />1961 in Book 5774, Page 442, Official Records of said <br />Orange County, lying Westerly of the following described <br />West line of Fairview Street: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 1 of Tract No. <br />2980 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 90, Page 19, <br />Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, said <br />point being a point in a non-tangent curve concave Westerly <br />and having a radius of 950.00 feet, the radial to said <br />curve at said point bears North 74° 39' 12" East; thence, <br />Northerly along the arc of said curve through a central <br />angle of 27° 48' 17" an arc distance of 461.02 feet. <br /> <br />The grantor herein reserves all vehicular access rights to <br />Fairview Street from the lands above described, excepting <br />the Southerly 25 feet, measured along said West line of <br />Fairview Street. <br /> <br />and deliver the same to said owners. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of February, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL" <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
