RESOLUTION 64-23 ESTABLISHING A BOUNDARY <br />OF AN AT.TRY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA~ AND <br />DEDICATION OF SAME FOR ALT,MY PURPOSES <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />does hereby establish the boundary of a portion of an alley in the City <br />of Santa Ana, described as follows~ and dedicates the same for alley <br />purposes: <br /> <br /> The Northerly 20 feet of the Southerly 200.15 feet of the fol- <br />lowing described property: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a cross cut in the pavement on the center line of <br />Seventeenth Street, said cross being located 474.37 feet East of a bolt <br />in said center line of Seventeenth Street~ said bolt marking the South- <br />east corner of the Bates Tract~ as shown on a maD recorded in Book l~ <br />page 96& Miscellaneous Maps~ records of said Orange County; running thence <br />North 0- 44' 30" East 439.18 feet (bearing based on Seventeenth Street <br />as East and West) being the line described as the boundary between the <br />lands of J. C. Kirby and wife~ and Roy Mills and wife in agreement re- <br />corded April 12, 1941, in Book 1090, page 24, Official Records; thence <br />East 200.3 feet to the line described as the boundary line between the <br />lands of Roy Mills and wife and Allison C. Honer and wife in said agree- <br />ment; thence South along said boundary line between the lands of Roy <br />Mills and wife, and Allison C.
