RESOLUTION 64-27 ACCEPTING A DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT D. KERMOTT and LOIS T. KERMOTT have delivered <br />to the City a deed dated February 10, 1964, conveying an easement <br />for street purposes at the Southwest corner of Edinger Avenue and <br />Parton Street in consideration of the payment of $65.00 through <br />Escrow No. 51244-K with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed and Carl J.
