RESOLUTION 64-31 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUBORDINATION OF EASEMENT FOR CONNECTION <br />WITH EAST ORANGE COUNTY FEEDER NO. 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana acquired an easement, recorded <br />in Book 6724, Page 49, Official Records of Orange County, California, <br />which will be crossed by portions of service connection at SA-6, <br />East Orange County Feeder No. 2, and the City has determined to grant <br />a Subordination of Easement for said service connection, underground <br />meter vault, water mains and laterals. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Subordination of <br />Easement to THE METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA <br />to make said District's easement superior to that held by the City, <br />for the installation and construction of this service connection <br />and appurtenances to supply water to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of March, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
