RESOLUTION 64-34 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />"SUBORDINATION OF EASEMENT" AGREEMENT WITH <br />METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, <br />in constructing Service Connection SA-7 to the East Orange County <br />Feeder No. 2, necessarily used facilities across a City easement <br />for underground vault and piping to furnish water to the City of <br />Santa Aha and requests the execution of the agreement herein <br />referred to. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized to sign that certain Subordina- <br />tion Agreement subordinating Santa Ana's easement to the easement <br />acquired by the District from the Irvine Company in the areas therein <br />described for the service connection hereinabove referred to in <br />consideration of the construction operation of said service connection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
