RESOLUTION NO. 64-37 OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL-OF THE CITY OE SANTA.ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA,. MAKING DETERMINATIONS <br />AND~ CONFIRMING- ASSESSMENT. AND. <br />PROCEEDINGS_ UNDER RESOLUTION ~OF <br />INTENTION, RESOLUTION NO. ·63-49. <br />~Asses~ment District No. 213, <br /> Bolsa-Andres) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the <br />City of Santa Ana,(~lifornia, has heretofore made and <br />filed with the Clerk of the Council in the office of said <br />Clerk of the Council in said city, an assessment and <br />diagram for that certain work or improvement in said city <br />done under and pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911 <br />(commencing at Section 5000 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code), and resolution of intention, Resolution No. 63-49; <br />and ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the filing of said assessment <br />and diagram~the Clerk of the Council has given notice of <br />the filing of said assessment and of the time and place <br />set for hearing by this City Council, and said Clerk of <br />the Council filed with this City Council an affidavit of <br />publication and certificates of posting and mailing setting <br />forth the time and manner of publication, posting and mailing <br />of said notices; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place stated in such <br />notice, a hearing was duly held by this City Council, at <br />which said assessment and diagram were presented and <br />considered, and all written appeals, protests and <br />objections if any, were duly presented, read, heard and <br />considered and all persons desiring to be heard thereon <br />were heard, and all persons desiring to be heard were <br />heard in respect to any matter relating to said work or <br />improvement, to any act or determination of the Director of <br />Public Works of said city in re£ation thereto, to the <br />contract for said work or the performance of said work, <br />to the omission or inclusion of any portion of the work in <br />said contract, to the correctness of said assessment or said <br />diagram, or to any other act, determination or proceedings <br />of said Director of Public Works or to any matter relating to <br />said work, the assessment district or the proceedings therefor, <br />and this City Council has received evidence relating to the <br />foregoing; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa And, California, DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE <br />AND ORDER as follows: ~ <br /> <br /> Section 1. <br />held, and notice thereof <br /> <br />That said hearing has been duly <br />has been duly given. <br /> <br /> Section 2. <br />written and oral, if any, <br />said assessment, diagram <br />City Council, be and the <br />denied. <br /> <br />That all protests and objections, <br />made or filed with respect to <br />and other matters heard by this <br />same are hereby overruled and <br /> <br /> Section 3.
