RESOLUTION 64-38 ACCEPTING DEEDS W~ERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SANTA ANA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, a California <br />corporation, has delivered to the City a deed dated Fgbruary 7, <br />1964, conveying a parcel of real property known and numbered as <br />802 West Eighth Street, Santa Aha, California, in consideration <br />of the payment of $60,000.00. Said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 869117-hrb with Orange County Title Company, <br />Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MARCUS G. LASSITER, SR. and DORTHA C. LASSITER <br />have delivered to the City a deed dated March 10, 1964, conveying <br />a parcel of real property on the North side of Edinger Avenue, <br />East of Baker Street, in consideration of the payment of $15,500.00. <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 377511-ET with <br />Title Insurance and Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, A. J. GISLER and MARY A. GISLER have delivered to <br />the City a deed dated March 10, 1964, conveying a parcel of real <br />property at the Northwest corner of Broadway and Edinger Avenue in <br />consideration of the payment of $68,000.00. Said transaction is to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 377509-ET with Title Insurance and <br />Trust Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Aha accepts said deeds and Carl J.
