RESOLUTION 64-39 DELETING CONDITION TO VARIANCE <br />GRANTED BY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ON APPLICATION <br />NO. 1895 FILED BY SHELL OIL COMPANY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing, the Zoning Administrator granted a <br />variance on Variance Application No. 1895, filed by SHELL OIL COMPANY <br />to relocate two free standing signs in the 15-foot setback area on <br />C-1 property located at 220 West Seventeenth Street, Santa Aha; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 121 was duly filed by the <br />applicant requesting a hearing before the City Council to reconsider <br />the decision of the Zoning Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing, and after careful consideration of the <br />statements contained in and the materials accompanying the application, <br />the testimony offered at the hearing and the examination of all the <br />facts established with respect to the provisions set forth in <br />Section 9250.8 of the Santa /%na Municipal Code, the City Council has <br />determined that the Zoning Administrator should be overruled and that <br />Condition No. 2 requiring the dedication of a street easement for <br />Seventeenth Street be deleted from the conditions imposed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Condition No. 2 as set <br />forth in the Finding of Facts on Variance Application No. 1895 be <br />deleted from the condi~ons imposed by the Zoning Administrator in <br />the granting of said variance. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of April, 1964. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
