RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, <br />DETERi'gINING THAT THE PUBLIC IN- <br />TEREST AND NECESSITY DE~AND THE <br />ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF <br />A CERTAIN ~,UJNICIPAL IMPROVE~ENT <br />AND ~f~KING FINDINGS RELATING <br />TI{ERET 0. <br /> <br /> The Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br />California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND DETEREIhrE as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the public interest and <br />necessity demand the acquisition and construction <br />by said City of a certain municipal improvement, to <br />wit: a recreation park, consisting of playground <br />areas, athletic fields, tennis courts, swimming pool, <br />baseball diamonds, amphitheater, and other courts for <br />various sports. <br /> <br /> That the estimated cost of said municipal <br /> Lmprovement is the sum of th_tee hundred thousand dollars <br /> (~300,000.00) and tt~t said cost is and will be too <br /> great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and <br /> revenue of said City. <br /> <br />Section 2.
