RE~OLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCEBNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> o3o <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHERRAS by Resolution No. 3164 of ~he City Council of the <br />City of ~an~a Ana, dated the 19th day of October, 1942, pursuant to <br />the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the S~ate of California, and <br />pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of <br />Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public High- <br />ways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council did <br />declare ~hat the following curb along ~he publib highway in the City <br />of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as provided in Subdivision "e" of <br />Section ~ of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was <br />thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described <br />on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST FOURTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between French Street and Lacy Street, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at ~he intersection of ~he southerly prolong- <br />ation of the easterly line of Mortimer Street with the south curb <br />line of Fourth Street; thence east for a distance of 60 feet. <br /> · <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and <br />eliminate the Easterly 24 feet of the ~esterly 50 feet of that <br />certain no parking zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORe., be it resolved that ~he foregoing Easterly <br />24 feet of t he Westerly 5© feet of that certein no parking zone is <br />hereby eliminated, and ~he City Engineer is hereby directed to cause <br />the paint on s~id curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuan~ to the provisions of <br />the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br /> <br /> <br />
